Default Info needed on lowering spring compressors?

Background info:

'99 Civic EX lowered using H&R race springs on stock struts (done before I bought the car)

Anyways, its way too flippin low (keeps bottoming out in my apartment complex) and I'm going to get stock struts / springs to bring it up. I was going to by a spring compressor, I think I need to get something like this...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/COIL-...QQcmdZViewItem
Ebay Item: 4590451106

Is this what I would need?

I don't exactly have all the tools in the world, but I know getting this one could save a lot of hassle in the future. Also, anyone who's willing to help a nice guy out would be much appriciated.

Derka, I tried renting them before and since I didn't know any better, they rented me the internal spring compressors, which don't work well with springs that already have struts in them. Also, I know I have friends that lower / raise their car that don't have them, it'd be nice to know that I could be useful sometimes instead a bump on a log.

i wouldnt buy those, they are dangerous they slip off and the spring shoots out, buy the ones with the square head and the pin to hold in place better.. but i would just rent them or you can go get them at autozone...but you know, just dont buy the rounded ones
