Default brought the teg to sunshine tonite.

well i got the balls to take the car to the track. so i headed out there bout 5:30. i had 5 runs. all pretty good, but since it was my first time with the car it will get better with more seat time.

my best runs of the night.

2.149
5.980
9.199
76.04

and

.517

74.79

and

SWEET, I see the slicks AND traction bars seem to have worked well for you! I'd say sign up for track day and run it there!

Are you kidding? I'm not trying to be a dick here but a 2.0 on slicks is horrible. To think you dont have traction problems when you run a 2.0 on slicks is funny. Please dont think i'm being a dick because he should have hit a 1.8 which is average. I think the problem is the pressure in the slick. Run your slicks at 7lbs. Then after your burnout you should be at about 9lbs. Which is still too much in my opinion but this will help. Once you get used to it like that lower it down to 6.5 or 6(what i run). If you launch tha car properly you should have no problem pulling a 1.7 or even a 1.6. Like anything it just takes practice. You times are not to bad bit think if you improve on the 60ft you will be in the 8's. When racing 1/8th mile you lose/win the race most of the time in the first 60ft.

This is a full interior Integra, all motor LS Vtec, and you really think a 1.6 60'? I think 1.8 at best, he's not even making 200 WHP. Come on man, I can agree on MAYBE a 1.8 but no way in hell a 1.6 man! I dont know man, maybe you can pull it down by putting less PSI in the tires. Ron did help me at track day telling me what PSI to run the tires at, but I don't think Brandon will pull his times down that much. Good luck however.
