Default Accord LX weird idle problem

Aight i've got a werid idle problem that i cant seem to figure out. When my car is moving and the cars in neutral it idles between 1300 and 2200 and as soon as i come to a stop it drops to below 1000 and it idles rough when the a/c is not on. I have replaced plugs, disty, wires, im not sure what else to check and i was wondering if anyone else has an idea on what it could be...thanks

take the intake tube off and there will be a small little hole back in the maifold.. put ur finger over the whole... if the idleing stops when u put your finger over the whole then thats the problem.. thats what mine was.. try it lmk what happens?

i believe it is TAS=Throttle Angle Sensor lol i thought it was weird but whatever lol take it off and hook up the compressor and blow all the carbon build up and shit out of it and there will be a lil screen pop it back in and it should be fine if not go grab some SeaFoam and suck it up through a vacuum line closer to the TB the better cause it will clean mroe shit, suck in a decent amount and then kill it by sucking in alot and let ur car sit for bout 30 minutes the longer the better then after 30 minutes try to start it up it will be a lil rough you will want to rev it up cause it will smoke but dont let it idle for about 10 minutes then u can rev it as much as you like *just dont blow your motor* and let it sit for 30 minutes or until it stops smoking you will have a pperfectly smooth idle and better throttle response

could just need a minor idle adjusting. With the car getting rough when the A/C is on, is normal. Mine also gets crazy vibrations when the a/c is on.

just clean out the AICV, and adjust the idle..takes probly 5 minutes.

the idle smoothes out when i have the a/c on it runs crazy without it and it always idles around 1500 whenever the car is moving but as soon as i come to a complete stop the idle drops back to normal or close to normal. I put my finger over the idle air control valve and the car kept running and idleing the idle dropped alittle bit but that was it...

I cleaned out the IAC with some brake cleaner (a whole can) and reinstalled it and i have a smoother idle, but the problem still persists. Could it still be the IAC and actually need to be replaced with a new unit? also what is the TAS? when i reinstall that does it need to be adjusted anyway such as like a TPS? thanks guys
