Default wierd idle problem

here it goes. so when my car is at idle or in nuetral it revs up a little then drops. revs up more then drops all on its own. problem didnt used to be that bad. it would eventually go away when the motor heated up a bit. now it does it all the time. if any one can tell me what this might be and how to fix then i would really appreciate it. thanx.

mine did, the same thing...it was the IACV on mine, easy way to check it is to take off your intake pipe from the TB, and stick your finger over the hole inside the TB that goes to the IACV(while car is running ofcoarse) and see if it idle's normal if so thats your problem, pretty easy to change also only a couple of bolts and lines.... hope this helps

Check all the vaccum lines and listen for hissing of a vaccum leak.
