Maybe not. The best (stock appearing) radiators will have more tubes to carry
the coolant, and be slightly thicker in the core section.

Not so good rads have only one tube carrying the coolant.

An innovative person would put in a thicker radiator from another car,
and make/adapt their own brackets to hold it in; lining
up the hoses as needed.-Bob

I think he means more fitting the turbo and not having to change the radiator to a half size rad from like a 92-95 civic.

Some of their cast manifold, revhard and drag, are part of kits that will be complete bolt ons so no additional modifications would be needed. But it also depends on the size of the turbo you will run, there's many different T3's and T3/T4's.

If you duplicate one of their kits, you should be fine with those parts and your stock radiator.
