It might be fixable but not worth the time imo. The welding in that area might cause other problems related to the crank sadles.

The deal is not finalized. . . I am looking for a donor block for sleeving (preferably b18c1 or c5) and knew this one was in bad shape, just wasnt sure if it could be cleaned up or not. . . Thanks for all your help guys!
