Exclamation iac valve problems on my turbo GSR

Im having iac valve problems, code 14, I have tried 4 different iac valves, I replaced the throttle body for a skunk2 one, checked the wiring at least 8 times, tested the plug (got power) and I just can't figure out why this code keeps popping up, any ideas on what I should do, what I should get, should I get a new map sensor?, help me out guy's Im trying hard to get tuned tommorow and without that code it will be a lot easier for my tuner to work on it, Im all out of ideas.

I have swapped the plugs until my friend told me wich plug was the right one, I also tested the plug for voltage like it says to do on the 1994 service manual, I don't know what else to do, Im just baffled by this car.

did you check and make sure that you have continuity(sp?) between the wires under the hood and the pins on the ecu plug? i would try that. also make sure you dont have the map and iacv switched.

did it NOT throw the code before?

also jsut because one of the wires is getting power doesnt necessarly mean it is working. I would try direct wiring the IACV to the ECU and then see what you come up with.
