Default how do I pull out the studs on a intake maifold

I just got a skunk2 throttle body, and Im trying to put it on, but I do not know how to pull those studs out, I've tried to get them out, but Im afraid to break a stud on my type R manifold, but I want to put on the right bolts on it, the hex bolts that came with it, any help appreciated.

2 nut technique, screw on one nut then screw on the other right on top of it, then wrench the bottom nut off CCW. Also use some PB blaster, or penetrating oil...

They make stud tools for that go to sears and ask for 1

Its just a socket with a material inside that grabs onto the stud
