To the users of this forum, about the moderators.
On TR the primary role of moderators is to keep the peace in their forum, their secondary role is to promote the usage of the forum. You must remain an active member on the site so your forum does not go to shit. Since the admins do not have time to visit every forum, and read every post, we make sure that our moderators are atleast visiting the forums they are assigned. Some of the moderators in this forum would go weeks on end without visiting to check the status of the forum.
Both Keith and KJ were notified via PM when the change was made. Keith was unaware becuase his computer was broken, and told Billy he understood.
Both Keith and KJ were told in this PM to send me a message back if they thought my decision was in error to remove them. And that they could be reinstated. None of them did so.
Stop trying to stir up shit where there is none. We are simply doing our jobs to make sure all the moderators on this site are active members and are watching their forums.

Mods do not have to be the most tech savy people in the forum, sure it helps but we'd rather see people who are active on the site and in the forums they moderate. Every so often we have to make changes to the Mod staff to keep things from getting stale.
The people chosen to fill the role of Moderator were done so because the possesed the qualities mentioned above. I'm sure there are others in here that do as well, but these were the people who's names came up the most in conversation and who we thought would best fill the role of Moderator.
There is no conspiracy, no hard feelings towards anyone that was removed, no plot to piss people off or any alterior motive behind our actions.

I guess there is really no arguing....if you guys think it is right , for the moderators of this forum to be people who are not in here as much as other people and cannot ansewer questions when they need to be....... Admins have spoken , end of discussion.
