I did a lot of reading on HT about it and omniman even said it all came down to personal preference that the flow is ALMOST identical on both heads. The b16 flows a little better, but with the difference in compression the difference in flow doesnt matter. I am not saying one is better than the other just going by what a read and knowing how good omniman is I will go with what he said and he said he prefers a gsr head over b16 head on all motor applications.

Personally, I own a JDM B16a and I'm VERY satisfied w/ it! (as if you care ) Yeah its not the quickest car on the street but I like it!!! (FU*K what everyone else wants you to do, its your car!!!) I agree w/ most of the people on this thread have said, "if you buld the ls/vtec, it will last you a while." But, How long is a while to you w/ out any major problems? How long do you plan on keeping this motor? I've seen Ls/Vtec motors well past 100,000 miles but the JDM B16a in my opinion wont give you nearly as many problems!!! (unless you like to live under your hood???) Here's what I would do if I were you! Ls/Vtec's will cost you some $$$ if youre not a good tech and have to send it everywhere to get the work done! (instead of doing it yourself) so go and pick up a JDM B16a w/ limited miles (www.passowrdjdm.com) or some web site like that. This way the motor will last you a long time! and put a turbo on it! I've seen many people turbo a stock JDM B16a 8-9 psi daily driver!!! Good Luck and remember, Do what you want to do!!! cya!

yeah im goin with the complete b16 for now then i will eventually build up my LS block and go LS/vtec. i am just unsure between the diff. of my LS motor in my integra and my b16 when i put it in.
