apexi vafc help

i need help ive been messing with my vtec controller and now the vtec doesnt kick in like it use to.. i use to pull on my boy with his gsr by like a car every gear and now he pulls on me... Does anyone know how to tune them

what kinda mods do you have? if its mostly stock leave it alone. and what motor? i assume b16?

Set everything at 0 & set your vtec engagement at a stock point until you can get your vehicle dyno tuned using the vafc.
