I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

just confirmed it with my friend ... unfor you will have to buy a new distrib or you may be able to find one used ... best of luck cuz they are not cheap.

yeah....i bought a new one like 2 months ago and it went out then traded it in for another one and now it went out on me....there has to be a reason why i keep killing distributors on my car.....on the bright side this one is under warranty so i can exchange it still.... i also found out a few minutes ago that the big plug going into the dizzy is all chopped up so now i need to find the 7 wire plug for my car(not much wire left on the old one)

maybe you got a bad distributor.if not, ecu or timing could be the culprit. maybe new spark plugs or something. could be a number of problems with the description you gave. what codes are you throwing now?

lol, thats another distributor gone. try another one. if your dizzy keeps messing up its from heat or wiring.
