Ok, so i was changing my plugs, cap, and rotor, and oil on my car on monday. I did all that, started it up, it ran great, no miss or anything. Let the car sit and idle for about 5 minutes, then it just died, no sputtering or anything like that. It sounded like someone just shut it off. Now it just cranks over and over with no spark. I have changed the coil, and icm, with no luck of getting it started. I tested the main relay (its fine). Im open to any suggestions. please help me.

Edit: it is a stock d16y7, the car has never been messed with.

thanks, im not getting any spark from the dizzy, checked every fuse in the car with a multi meter, underhood and dash... theres power going to the black/yellow wire on the coil

 

are you sure you replaced it with a good coil? heres a cutout from the manual on testing it if you need it.

 

call my shop if u want this problem fix, i do regular automotive as well, i will tell u exactly whats wrong with your car..........i have people from TR come to my shop with this problem all the time...........VIC call me if interested in fixing

just got the call, its running. Seems some of the parts i replaced were bad

 

Something in the car fried the coil again, back to CMS to look thru my wiring. On another note, when i pulled over when the coil cut out, my cat was glowing red, is it clogged?
