Thumbs up BIG THANKS to MTBER!!! (dyno sheet inside)

Let me start off by saying this guy (John Vega aka mtber) really knows his shit!!!

I finally got a chance to get the car tuned today and get it up on dyno, and I am very happy with the results... I kinda threw him a last minute curve ball by putting in 1000cc injectors, which alot of people had doubts about... Many people thought that it wouldnt idle properly on such large injectors with Crome Pro and that I would need something more expensive (notice I didnt say better ) to run these injectors... Well not only did he get the car to idle with a perfect a/f, he got the driveability down , so the car rides like a stock car... After street tuning for a while, we finally hit the dyno... We had a few issues (battery dying, boost creep, etc...) but when all was said and done, I am pleased with the results... Im going to have to invest in a larger wastegate spring to get anymore out of it due to the fact that above 18psi it was creeping pretty bad, but for a conservative 18psi tune, I must say the results are great..

And here it is...

Once again, HUGE THANKS to MTBER, and also thanks to JAMES @ RACE RELATED for letting us hog up his dyno and make lots of noise

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.

The intake temps on the dyno were around 110-120 deg, ontop of that we couldnt really let the motor cool down due to a dead battery condition which made me keep the car running the whole 2 hours it was on the rollers.

It should pull like a champ with colder intake temps

Glad you are happy with the results Chris I hope you were not referring to me when you say "people had doubts" The head definitely needs to be worked over a bit. From 5200RPM to 7100RPM (give/take on both) you loose 48ft-lbs to 50ft-lbs Below is a straight LS with a slipping clutch, ported and polished head, Crower valvetrain, Crower 402t cams, Golden Eagle intake manifold and stock throttle body.

Tuning at 14-15psi on pump gas:

Tuning at 18psi on race gas (110 octane)

MTBER, post up the boost creep sheet Also, what was his highest duty cycle WITH the boost holding?
