Will my fuel pump be ok??
I've got a stock gsr fuel pump in the hatch right now, once I get the 450's, tuned and on the bottle will I need to upgrade my fuel pump or will the stock one be fine?
If I do need to upgrade, would you suggest a walbro 190lph or 255lph?

i had granatelli motorsports pump on my blown b16, worked great it was an equivalent to a 190. i use the 255, but depending on what kind of management you are using.
if using a vafc i say stick to the stocker, cause with the flow of an upgreaded pump and the limitations of a vafc you will have an assload of fuel at an idle, and all the negative timing effects of a vafc which is bad.
if using crome/hondata i say go with a larger pump because you can really get into controlling the fuel well, also i suggest a FPR not just a riser, but something that can actually lower and raise the pressure, my car seemed to need a slightly lower fuel pressure than what it was at compared to stock, dont know why tho

If you purchase a 250lph make sure you do NOT purchase the HP model unless you have a really good fuel pressure regulator. Purchase the normal 255LPH model.

if using hondata the stock fpr is fine. it is vacum/boost dependant, and the injector pulse is what will control your fuel at a given rpm. I ran 10 psi on my b16, with 450cc, stock fpr and the walbro 255lph hp. it idle'd like it was stock and I still got 28mpg in city, so the ability to control the fuel is great. depending on how much spray you may want the hp, it may be over kill, but I'd rather have too much and have to manage it down a notch than not enough, cause you can't use a management system to give more fuel than the pump will give.

[QUOTE=mtber]I do not like the HP model because (most of the time) you can't regulate the pressure below 60 psi using a cheaper regulator such as a b&m. Not being able to regulate your fuel pressure to where you want to could be a hassle if you do not have the ability to tune your vehicle using a fuel management solution such as crome, uberdata, hondata etc.
its not going to blow out my fuel line or anything is it?meaning if i put it in the car with a stock reg.not worring about tuning, but it will work with stock honda injectors on a ls motor?
