Default need help on possible honda purchase

tomorrow i'm going to look at a 91' Honda Accord EX. its a 2 door, black exterior and beige leather interior, sunroof and has 137K miles. the guy said he just replaced the timing belt, water pump, alternator and put new tires on it(stock wheels). i did a vehicle history report and nothing came up except that he bought it 2 months ago. my question is, other than the obvious, what should i look for? are there any problem area's i outta know about? thanks for the help and wish me luck!

any leaks around the engine of course esp. where the head and block meet and around the tranny , and try to make them do a compression test, i dont know the numbers for a 91 ex, but they should all be less than 15psi apart. the obvious smoke out of the exhaust is bad...ummm..

pull up the carpet in the rear and look for any seams, welds, or anything that looks out of place. Make sure there is no rust. Ask him why he is selling it so soon. Ask for reciepts on the repairs. Buying a car is an investment. Dont feel bad about double checking everything. The fact is, there IS a reason hes selling it..but it doesnt have to be a bad one.
