opinions on JDM h22 boost?

How are these cars built really badly? I have owned 3 of them and worked on scores more. Cars are as solid as can be even 14 yr old cars have no creaks rattles even with targa tops. Engines, 250k stock TT sound BAD?!!!

wow.... you sound like you know a lot about forced induction....
ive seen a few stock longblock jackson charged cars in the 12s....
also the vortech charger is not very efficent... it is comparable to a turbo and only has a limited efficency range, whereas a turbo would make the most power with about the same efficency.... espically with new designs and better technology, turbos that are properly matched to the car have little to no spool if they are matched and properly driven...
i would go with a turbo and i would let mtber tune it. CivicBoy has ran great times... if i remember 12.8s at 108-110mph on Falken azenias....

that is just my opinion.

vortech doesnt make a h22 supercharger that i know of unless its new
i thought jackson racing was the only one

True this is good info people...I think i'm gonna run with my new prelude project for a while.. I really dig it.... I think I am gonna work with the turbo as well.......
and Abstractlude... I would sell you the car but I already bought an JDM h22.. so i'll see ya on the road

As for the turbo I'm thinkin t3/t4... what trim would you advise?

was 12.8 @ 111!! haha with a bity t3 60trim turbo and only street tuned I think mtber somewhat knows how to tune haha anyways get a t3/t04e 57trim 63 a/r should be good

u really wanna be safe, get a high boost gasket and chip ur computer. thats what i did. it dropped my compression one whole point. its the cometic 120 MLS gasket. lower comp.=more boost.
