y8 = 96-00

lol be nice darius.... if im not mistaken the z6 head flows better and has a bit more compression as opposed to the y8 but dont take my word on it...

the z6 head doesnt say vtec on it i dont believe and the v8 says it nice and big

i've heard the same on the z6 head that it does flow better.

my friend is currently using it for his turbo set up and is very happy with using it.

can't remember the stamp on my y8 head ... sorry

u mean on the vavle cover right? well the cover doesnt anything but honda real big, but the thing is it doesnt fit on correctly. like where the spark plugs go in, the holes on the cover doesnt line up with them? it seems to line up on the back side but it wont slide over the the spark plug holes

well it seems the pic seekerone has is pretty easy to figure out, ill have to wait till i get home to find out for sure but im almost positive now after seein that it is a z6. and i have a 93 dx wich is the d15y7 or maybe it was b7 ill have to look again but this block and head should go together right?




the huge write up on honda-tech is the same setup as what i have. stooooopid!

but i still need to know why the damn vavle cover isnt fitting!!!
