B20 Sleeves are weak as shit. I'd either go w/ the LS bottom end or Just a GS-R swap instead...Question is vague, what's your budget? What's your goals?

Very true, and b20 bottom end parts are expensive as shit! If I could go back, I would just buy a gsr and throw it on a little bit of nitrous, with the right suspension and driver itll bust a 12 no problem..

ls/vtec = moneypit from hell..

stay away from b20 bottom ends, they r weaker. hell stay away from lsvtec or crvtec. if u want a realiable car, go with something that is supposed to be vtec. less hassle in the long run. they run hard ya, but 30,000 miles is the most ive heard these things last. if money aint a thang u know...

I'd run a b20 bottom with a gsr crank. use gsr rods and aftermarket gsr 84mm pistons. high revving almost 2.0L gsr.

this is a very good setup,a lsvtec and b20vtec are near the same thay use the same rods and crank just one is a 81mm the other is 84mm...lsvtec is a very good setup when done right and it does not cost much unless you make it cost much.but putting the gsr crank give you lil more reving safty.

So was mine, but about 40 miles to and 40 miles from work on a daily basis, with a j1 tranny killed it.. Well that, and spraying it

But yes, youhave a very stout setup. I want it!

Stock b20 sleeves work just fine for most n/a applications as long as the motor is propeprly tuned

That is because you either cheaped out on parts, your build sucked, or you didn't tune it properly. Stop spreading false information!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NA200whp = 222whp all motor....STOCK b20 sleeves, reving to 8200 all day long. I have built many all motor setups using both LS and B20 stock blocks. Never had one issue.
