I recently installed comptech adjustable springs on my S2000 with a 1.5 drop all the way around, running on stock rims with oem tire sizes. No rubbing and no bottoming out. But.... every once in a while I have a knock/ping sound coming from my front passenger wheel well area.

It kinda sounds and feels like what happens when you turn too sharply and hit the turn limiter on other cars (the only time I have ever encountered a situation like this is when I turn slowly and sharply in my blazer and get a knock/ping sound and or a lurch).

This happens during mild turning and or tracking through medium curves at very slow speeds (think backing out of parking or turning through your neighborhood. It only sounds once when it happens and it is troublesome to hear. Everything was installed smoothly and I had an appropriate alignment done by professionals after the spring install.

Does anyone have a clue to what may be causing this??

That is what I thought at first but I installed the silicon bushings (ring at the bottom of the spring that cushions the spring from the perch itself) and everything was sitting pretty when we installed them so ??? yeah it is a mystery Thanks for the heads up though
