um... what's total timing at 11lbs? Head bolt torqued to what?

Much more timing then I think I'll be running, but with that turbo I guess it wouldn't move on the bottom rpms.

Good to here everything is working out, and good to see Chrome users doing well.

P.S. Single cam = da bomb.
Base timing was at around 14 deg. (idle) I would have set it at 16.5 deg at idle & synced the map but his distributor wasnt working nicely with me, so I left it at around 14 deg base timing.

Total timing at 11lbs ended up at 14 deg in the maps. (around 12 deg actually timing).

I would have added more timing, but without a dyno & controlled conditions I didnt want to take any risks For the amount of timing the thing is running, it moves

OK.. this sounds safe and it where I think I want to be. To many people dealing with problems on the D's with too much timing.

Good call on keeping it safe until a dyno can let you know if it's even worth getting aggressive. Too many H-T stories on BHG on D's... Too many people changing gaskets cause they just have to run 20* -- I just don't get it or so everyone says...

The best engine in the world is the vagina, it takes any size piston, its self lubricating, starts with 1 finger, and every 4 weeks does its own oil change. It's just a pity the management system is so fucking temperamental.
