the numbers on ls rocker arms????

i just noticed them when putting the rockers back into the head are the numbers importent i never have thought about it till tonight most are just like 2,2,2,2,4,4,1,1,0 and such but could not find anything on it anyone that works at aacura on tr know the answer?

+1 for answers. . . . just put a DOHC ZC head back on and couldnt find anything about this in my manuals.

ive put many ls heads together and it doesnt matter where each rocker goes. obviously just make sure u adjust the valve lash

yes i had to do that because i had ssvalves installed and reseated but as i was pulling each rocker out the box putting them back i just thought wow in like 10years i never noticed them
