Default Broken rocker arms bolt. Need help bad!

I have an integra ls swap in my civic and i was working on it. i was going to change the head on it but i had trouble taking the middle bolt off the intake manifold and stripped it bad, so i decided to leave my stock head on it for now. well as i was putting the rocker arms back on, i tighten one to tight and broke it where its even with the hole so i can't screw nothing in it or take it out. its on the exhaust 3 rocker arm. would it be good or bad to just leave it in there with one screw? would it drive for awhile before it messes up? will it even mess up? is there any way i can work around it or fix the problem. i was thinking maybe some kind of putty or maybe drilling it. i dont know what to do.
