Well I have to say, I was using 1.7 and it WAS in fact crashing randomly, which switching from the tabs. 1.8 has been good, and seems to be going well. When the burner and wideband arrives, I'll be playing with it live. My basemap appears to be good.
Thanks to mtber on the help. I don't think this is going to be as easy as tuning is with an EGT and an AFC/SDS EIC system. I have faith that I'm not TOO unintelligent for this program.
Besides Im much more careful with other peoples cars, then mine!
Thanks again to everyone. Mike, I know you've had bad expierences with uberdata, but Dave burned the basemap for my friend, so im going to stick with uberdata for now. Besides, it's always good to learn as much as possible about these programs.

the newest version I have is great... I used it to tune my car, and only had a problem ONCE, and that was user error... (opening instead of importing) Boosted4AG did alot of tuning on my car as well, so he can vouch for that...

My burner should be here soon. Im pretty excited to try out the basemap I made. Im still unsure if boostcut works, but i'll find out here shortly. Another odd thing I found about it, which may just be something one cannot control - I set VTEC for 5400rpm, and disengage to 5200rpm, but when I saved, then reopened the bin, it set it for 5377rpm. I'm not sure why. I even double checked it to see if it was user error. Perhaps it's just something in the software?
