Good luck man, everyone here hated ZDyne due to the simple fact you have to convert to OBD0, if you are already OBD0. They also dont like the fact that there is only 8 tunable RPM's/points with OBD0. I think LHT John is the only one locally who can use/understand/tune ZDyne. Therefore, he runs a monopoly on it. Smart if you ask me but sucks to try to get a retune with him being so busy!

 

hmm, I was just curious are most of these tuning programs pretty similar? ie hondata, crome etc. on the way they work. surely there is someone else out here who can tune Zdyne take a look at the binhaker program off www.zdyne.com it looks easy enough if I just knew where to put the numbers thanks-

 

from what i have seen by looking at zdyne it actually looked like a pain in the ass to work with, it seemed that the user had to do alot of keyboard work to get the tabled fielded. didnt seem like it had any interpolation going on.

and like kris said, i wouldnt like converting to OBD0, ifi had another crx i would go up to OBD1 and just run some crome

i am currently using hondata, and i really like it.

but if you were to price it all out, and look at the bigger picture AEM would be the best route, too bad they came out with it so late in the game

 

You can utilize Crome or Crome Pro with a P28 on a Sohc Vtec right? Or does crome only work with Dohc non vtec/vtec setups?

 

Yes it works with a sohc vtec setup.

 

If your OBD0 you can always run TurboEdit . or just convert to an OBD1 computer and dizzy ..
