i just got a 90 integra and am going to do a oil change and plugs/wires tomarrow and i am wondering how much oil the motor holds (b18a) and i am going to use mobil1 id like to know what weight yall thing is good for a motor with 150k+ miles

i got a 98 teg use mobil 1 5w30 in the winter and 10w40 in the summer works fine for me
