Compression sounds pretty shitty. 110 is really low, you should be 180+ all the way across.

you def need to be at wot for the test.
EDIT: the biggest thing for a compression test is the compression numbers being at or close to the expected numbers.. it's nice when all the numbers are the same because it indicates even ring wear.
