ebay chips?
has anyone seen specs or know anyone who bought one of these ebay chips who claim as mugen and spoon, could be but i dont know? just wondering if it actually increases air/fuel and adjusts timing along with redline? thanks

Yeah it'll change the A/F ratio and change/eliminate your redline, however I'd suggest getting one done locally by (These are the member names) MTBER, KJ or 60-1EK all good guys! It'll cost a little more but it'll be perfect vs a random upgrade.

yeah i bought one in 2002 and it was laready static discharged when i got it, it didnt even work.
pm 60-1ek on here he can chip your ecu and make you a program tailored to your car probably same day.

Generally 50 to chip the ecu, and another 10-30 for the chip itself+program.
Just to expand on the ebay chips. Not only do they change around the fuel maps, and remove redline and speed limiter, they will also change the ignition timing maps.
Now this can be a good thing. This can also be a very bad thing. Keep in mind some of these people just do this to make some money, and have no idea what the hell they're doing when it comes to tuning a car. This will also not be vehicle specific, and may be unhealthy for your engine if they dont know wtf they're doing.

thanks..any one wanna help me out on this pm me i want mine chipped, also if you pm me let me know where your chip comes from or whatever, and i dont know much about this but do you tune the chip to my specification redline and stuff, let me know, thanks
