Bad News (turbo issue)

No shaft play at all on the turbo. reading boost and vac. get BOV. no power untill 5-10psi....usually I can boost 1-5psi and it will give me a good pull.....COULD be that the clutch is TOAST.....but im gonna guess I finally put the LS block to shits....and like john said, this WOULD happen to me.
