Dont you have to depress the wheel bearing and get them out/in that way then repress it?

+1 on that Kris

I've had this happen to me 2 times on the driver side. You can use the FATTEST hammer ever, your not going to get it out unless u press out the wheel bearing. What i would recomend doing is taking your control arm off, which is reall easy takes like 10 minutes... and drop it off at a machine shop, if you live in town and country u are in luck, on waters ave theres a machine shop attached to Advance Auto parts on Hanley.... They press it out for you for 50 bux and you might as well replace em all w/ brand new ones which cost around $1 each... Trust me you will save ur self the pain later... No matter how easy anyone will make it sound its not that easy, you actually need a machine to press the wheel bearing back...

on the del sol we don't have the knuckle in the way.. del sols rock, anyway since your car sucks you need to use a wheel puller, doesn't take long since you have all the stuff already undone just undo axle bolt and use wheel puller to pull it off then hammer them out and blah blah blah it's not difficult

EDIT: 50 bucks! screw that spend 15-25 on the wheel puller

Since your replacing them, might as well go with either ARP or SKunk2's while your at it. That are alot less likly to spin like OEM ones are!

And personally if you pull it I'd take it to a machine shop and let them do it and replace the wheel bearings while it's apart....but thats just me.

not to be conflictive but its an 02....mine is a 94 and finally just one of the bearings is starting to go out.... not even there yet. and why change out to high performance, the normal ones work fine
