Engine Crane's and Engine stands ...
I've been looking at this for a while i've seen them range in price from about ~100 bucks to over ~600 ,from jc whitney , to the craftsman stuff. Just wondering what you guys recommend/use.

Car up, engine down and out the bottom = free.
As for the engine stand, they all pretty much get the job done, but if you want a baller one, I think it is the snap on one that I had in Cali....hydro crank to rotate the engine.

Crap thanks for reminding me. I am getting an engine stand from harbor freight since I won't be using it for too long and its affordable.

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.
