i have a FP gauge on it, and it reads what it is supposed to....but i have read that you are supposed to set it with the vacuum line off the manifold...so i am gonna check that tomorrow.

 

double check all your connections. ive seen people switch the p/s switch and the iac and get a wired full throttle problem.

 

Also check and make sure the map sensor plug and tps plug are not switched. Sounds electrical to me and not a tuning issue.

these plugs are very easy to mix up, and they would cause problems like this.

 

OK, here is the update....as of now, the car is still stalling when pressing gas. The spark plugs are now full of carbon after running car for around 30 min. All hoses & coolant lines have been gone over, timing is correct, all sensors should be correct (have 2 that are not plugged in....1 is the Evap Box, the other no idea). We have come to the conclusion that it needs to be tuned.
The stock FPR was put back on and the Fuel pressure remained the same as with the AEM FPR. The Compression is perfect. Engine sounds nice and idles nice, just the stalling problem.

I need to know where I can get my car tuned....i know of LHT but others just in case he cant look at it asap. Let me know of any input if possible

 

the only reason you would have drivability problems and need a tune is if you put bigger injectors in. if you have a problem its in the wires. if you want to tune your car, you would need to change to obd1. obd2 sucks, that might be your problem allltogether... how fast does your fuel pressure bleed down after the car is shut off?

 

takes a long time to die down after turning off....with the stock FPR on there, with the AEM it is almost right away.

 

Your car is not modded enough for your problems due to needing a tune. Your problem is elsewhere. Check TPS sensor also check the ignition coil.

 

i am going to start to look over everything tomorrow. How can I test the TPS and Ignition Coil?

 

get a book for a integra/civic and a voltmeter and it'll take you step by step. you'll be able to test every sensor. but it really sounds like your tps and your map sensor plugs are mixed up. sometimes it won't throw a code. they are both on the throttle body just try and switch them up.
