No prob, just make sure you check your a/f after getting the new one installed. You could be running overly rich, which would just cause it to clog again. I suppose you could also use brake parts cleaner too, just to check the problem.

DIZZY problem is the only thing that will throw and OBD-0 car into LIMP mode. and thats were you at. GET RID OF YOU CEL's. if your car has a check engine light something is NOT right. damn rocket science. LOL

Its the TDC sensor in your dist. Its either a lose wire in the dist. or it could be a bad dist all together. Usually the wires just get old and brittle so check for bare wires or lose wires

i still have no clue what it is, it is now backfiring when i drive it hard lkike around 4k with my foot to the floor, it just backfires and then itll backfire enough to give me a CEL and send it into limp mode and nail the rev limiter at 3500.. have no clue but it does sound like deatonation, what else could cause this stuff?

could it be a timing issue, could it have something to do with me running open header? what is it!!!!!!!

EDIT: the car actually did not do any of this until i unbolted my exhaust.....
