Default LS in EF hatch, crank pulley rubs tie rod..

Just like the title says, my car is lowered in the front, but lots of cars are lower than mine and they dont have this problem.. when i start the car, rev it up, etc. the crank pulley is grinding on my tie rod.. i dont know how to get rid of this, the LS is a 93 b18a1, it does have the extra groove for power steering but i dont need power steering, so can i just cut everything i dont need off, and just leave the one little groove on for the alternator belt, or do i need a new pulley, if so, what kinda pulley?

ason mine was doing the same thing you dont have to cut it just hit it with a hammer and brake the side off its very brittle

and shit the last thing i would do is band that rod or you will be asking for future trouble and in the rain you will not be happy if you try to hit your brakes fast raise that car up if its that low your camber alone will cost you money in tires
