LS crank in a GSR for boost?

Just run what ever you have handy. Don't go out of your way to use an ls/crank/rod setup on a f/i motor.

If you do use ls rods, make sure you use arp rod bolts or aftermarket rods etc...

im using ARP rod bolt studs......the internals havent been purchased yet so Im using my LS rods w/ ITR pistons (.25 over)
this shouldnt be a problem while I order the forged internals should it?

Make clear posts so you can get direct answers

If your going n/a ls rods with arp rod bolts & ITR pistons will be fine. As long as you use an ls crank along with the ls rods etc.

my bad.........well for now all my money is going towards the K20 swap so itll be NA for a good while......in the long run I will be swapping out the internals for boost but as of right now it will stay NA..so that is the setup i am going with

I realize this is a kind of old post but what if the ls crank is knifedged?? what type of benefits would this bring? Ie. better rpm capabilities vs the stock ls crank in the c1 block.
