Default Blow-by

Anyone out there ever had blow-by with out blowing out the valve cover and oil pan gasket or blowing oil out of the valve cover breather? I've broken rings and ring lans and had my front main seal leak and oil blow out of of my valve cover breather bofore. This time all evidence leads to blow by but without those symptoms. The only thing that I can think of is that the rings did not seat properly. The motor only has 3000 miles on it so that seems like the only explanation. What do you think?

The turbo return line is backing up and casuing oil to breach the seals in the turbo and smoke. I used nitrous jets to reduce the oil flow to the turbo. Went all the way down to a 30 jet and it still smokes when I stop. The story is that I had my pcv valve and the valve cover breather on the same source and it got clogged. That caused some serious crank case pressure, backed up the return line pretty bad on the old turbo so I got a new turbo. I automatically thought that it was the turbo because the motor only has 3000 miles on it. Put the new turbo on and it did the same exact thing the old turbo did. That's when I started trying nitrius jets to reduce the oil pressure at the turbo. For the longest I had a hard time beleiving that it could be the rings because I hadn't really gotten on it yet. Hadn't had a chance to get it tuned yet. Anyhow. I'm pretty sure that the smoke is coming from the turbo. The return line is not an issue. I'm Using a 10 an fitting from turbo to the pan and there are no dips or turns whatsoever. Just a straight drop to a 45 degree 10 an fitting at the pan. Another reason I think that it is blow by is because before i figured out the clog I took the pcv valve out of the back of the block and most of the smoke went away right when I removed it. Talked to the guy that sleeved the block for me yesterday and he says that the other people that have used the rings that I used have had problem with them seating properly beacause they're too hard. They came with the pistons that i had CP custom make for me so I trusted them. They are Wiseco rings so I didn't think twice about it. My compression from 1 to 4 reads 85 85 90 95 at 9.5:1 compression. Sounds strange for a new motor right?

I would over look your stock PCV setup. Also, those compression numbers suck or you are doing it wrong.
