Yea, i think you should fix it would be a hell of alot cheaper to do that, seriouslly i bought a ex tranny for only 125 on TR... I Love TR!! While you're at replacing the tranny someone on TR has a Street Strip ACT clutch for a Dseries, throw that in and you will be alot happier.... Thats what i did... Also go ahead and take your flywheel to like baycity and ask them to lighten it for you its like 60 bux, you car will be moving alil quicker.. Either way i think you made a good choice keeping the motor, i have 150,000 miles on my baby and it runs good..
