b18c5na, The link you posted is great but I have one question: Are the steps they show appropriate for the 97 prelude transmission, or is that it?

Nevermind that last one, I just looked under my car and saw how simple it was. I put that Synchro mesh fluid in and I'll let ya guys know how well it works in a few days.

I have a tip I learned that may make filling trannies alot easier. The fill hole was in a damn hard place to fill. I picked up a hand siphon pump from walmart for three dollars. Just put one end in the bottle you want to drain and the other in the tranny and give it a squeeze. It went kinda slow but damn was it easy! Thought I'd share my method.

Whats easier (at least for us b series guys) is to just pull the VSS and fill it right there from the top....

Give it a couple days and it will be like new again

that reminds me, when I did it, I went out right after and ragged on my car expecting it to work instantlly. It didnt and I was FUCKING PISSED. hahaha

However, over the next few days, it will feel better than ever
