you need a bigger compressor just go somewhere have them take it off your lil 120Psi compressor will not do it if its on like you say you need a Hd 175-200Psi will knock it right off

good i help my friend change his altenator on his mustang
it was so easy a 1/2 driver apply levage and the whole belt comes off i like that..
Ok its time to think around the box.
Leave that shit on
take off the cams losen the tensioner put the belt back on with everythin at tdc pry the fucking belt back on the cams tighten that bitch. call triple AAA have that shit towed to a shop and have them deal with it. it would cost u about 150 bucks
for the cams and hb u might not want to set it at tdc set it a little of like about a good 1/4 off cause most likely u gotta have to rotate the crank and cams to get the belt on.
I had to do this once. heheh. the harmonic balancer had a chip so the puller wouldnt work. (fucking neons) it didnt calculate the final step about settin the cams and crank back but yeah it worked.

i always take the starter off and stick a large screw driver in the pressure plate to keep it from turning then i take a stanley socket (only kind i havent been able to break) and a breaker bare with a 8 foot fence post i stole and have at it works every time.
