Does the inside of your crank pulley have a hex pattern, if so there is a tool to put in it to brace it. Then you can use a large cheater bar (I use a large jack handle) to break it loose.

Actually Your Right But thats a Honda Only Tool. Its a Open End Hex Wrench with a 3 foot handle. its used to hold the crank still or if you were smart if the motor was out Put 2 Flywheel bolts in and put a Breaker bar between them and hold it still !

the problem isnt holding it still I took off the oil pan and wedged a screw driver in between the counter weights and the block girdle to stop it from moving. The bolt doesnt budge.

Wedging something in the counterweights is not a very safe practice. You could distort the shape of one of the Main Bearings and cause yourself a problem in the future. Also , the tool to hold the crank pulley can be purchased off of most tool trucks, if you know someone that works at a shop you can have them get you one. I am pretty sure mine is Bluepoint (Snap-on). If you don't know anyone at a shop, go to one that does alot of work on imports and the techs will most likely have one, and with a generous deposit maybe let you use it. Then you just need a bigger cheater bar and it will definately come loose, unless you have girly arms.
