crank balancing

Default crank balancing

is it worth getting a stock b16a crank ballanced or pay the extra buck and get a aftermarket one ? whats the average cost of a stock crank being ballanced, the reson i ask is cause i have wisco pistons eagle rods and lightened flywheel , what do you think

use the stock b16 because they are forged from honda and just have them look it over and make sure everything is in spec and have them balance it. They usually ask for the harmonic balancer and flywheel at the time of the balancing to properly balance. At least I know engine lab does.

crank balancing generally runs about $200 which is a whole lot cheaper than an aftermarkey crank, so i think its an easy choice
