Symptoms of water pump failure
Temp gauge still swings towards hot.Sensor's been changed, and pretty much everything else but the water pump.Engine has over 200k so i'm guessing the pump impeller is no more?

Any leaking down there?? 200k?? Yeah, I think that it is safe to say it is in need of a change. Did you check your thermostat as well??

yea after a while the fins will wear away if you have shitty water in there i had a crx that would over heet like that finz looked like razor blades when i took the pump off.
