What would the "pump motor" be?

 

i had the sameee problem,and i couldnt figure out what it was.check your plugs & wires,and try the distributor,that was my problem.

 

do you have ABS 51 i thin is an ABS code pump motor.

 

check your oil, if not check the dizzy

 

my si does the same thing from time to time. i even took it to the dealership to see whats up. they said it was a loose wire somewhere and claimed they fixed it, but every now and again it still happens. i think its my vafc or ecu. just make sure you have enough oil because that'll do it to. you know v-tec engines burn oil

 

well the only time mine would do that is if the VTEC got unplugged but other than that it wouldnt do it. i looked at my code sheet and i dont have 11 or 51. i would check the codes again cuz those codes you posted are ABS codes. if it was throwing egr that would be a 12.

 

is your car a EX or DX???

 

it's a ex I checked them 3 times and it says the same thing
I always check the oil like every other day it don't seem to do that in 1st gear and the check light only comes on after driving for about 10 to 20 mins

 

thats weird that it would flash the check engine light for abs codes wish i could help

 

My SRS light is on also ??

when I jump the jumper to check the code what light should blank the check engine light or the srs light cause it's the srs light that blanks
