YOU CAN NOT RUN THE OBD1/2 DISTRIBUTOR WITH THE OBD0 ECU.

with that dizzy you must run an obd0 ecu. A pr3 or a pw0 will work great. there is even "turboedit" to tune these obd0 ecu's. turbo edit is a shareware(free) rom editor for obd0 ecu's. with this program you can tune your timing/fuel curves, set your vtec crossover point, and the rev limit.
well wut is a good dizzy to use for a chipped p28?? or were u find the turboedit at?

any Berseries OBD1/2 distributor will work with the Ls vtec setup you are trying to make. You can find them all over Honda-Tech or look up www.distributorking.com as well. You can find all the free ware stuff on PGMFI.org
