nick, i would honestly lose the wing, lip kit, cf hood, and rims lol.. the stocker the better.. there is nothin cleaner than a clean EBP Si dropped on stock Si rims.. nobody will expect it to be ls/vtec either, look at me.. busted windshield, silver car with a flat black hood, stock crx Si swirlies, stock looking exhaust, nobody expects it to be ls/vtec equipped, but guess what? it is....

Rev limiter + missed gear + 10000rpms still equals bent valves or worse.

Rev limiter is not going to help you when you miss a gear or shift it into 2nd from 3rd. It only helps you if you're still in gear and stay on the gas pass the rev limiter. You shouldn't rev that setup pass 8500rpm anyways.

Sounds like a nice setup, get an itr tranny and better cams/valvetrain. Buddy clubs, skunk2, or Nitrous.

 

The only reason i would rev it past 8 grand is if it is still making ggod power on the dyno. But you had better get it balanced if you rev it that high. The great thing about this whole thing Nick is you are having Colin do the work. Colin is one of the only person i would let touch my motor in this area. I would say you should have about 180whp.
