the throttle has negative and positive trigger make sure you have it set right or it can adjust the fuel correctly did you do the test at the begging it has you run a test to determine the sensors and responce of them all. The book has a setup for that or chewck the website it has detials on settingit up.

make sure the wiring diagram is up-to-date. goto apexi-usa.com. +1 with checking your wiring. I hope you didnt use scotch tape.

checked all wiring and all was correct. checked sensor readings and throttle setting, all read correct. I unpluged the vtec solenoid wires and the pressure signal wires and the put back the orignal wires to stock and the car runs right.

something with the vtec wires is making the car run like crap even at idle and wtih vtec not engaged.

hince the reason i said CHECK THE VTM WIRE !!!! and make sure you dont have the triggers reversed !! hondas use negative triggers on most everything Which means it Grounds whatever its gonna use ie door locks VTM etc. check everything twice thrice and 12 times even reset the VFAC or have someone who knows how to set them up set it up. If it comes down to it you could have a bad VFAC or you looked at the wrong wiring diagram or pin i/o

found out that my vtec sol wire was in the wrong pin!! i changed it to the right pin and soldered ALL wires and the car now runs correctly but the VAFC isnt controlling my vtec change-over point.
I have the controller set at L-H 5800 and H-L 5700 and my vtec still engages at the stock 4800!!?! i dont get it ... any suggestions?
