i'm assuming this is an LS/VTEC setup? what block are you gonna be using? (please say, b18a/b) looks good so far.

Also kyle, your car is not a 92,you need to change that, ive told you that and even showed it to you.it was made 1/91=january of 1991..tard

its all good though.if it was made after september of 1991 THEN it would be a 92 integra..

to me i no most people dont have the money but when building a lsvtec i always think hbeams and forged pistons are the only way to go when you want tru power from that motor

my friend had an ls vtec, man we both loved it. then he built his type r.

heat treat or kryogenic treat the rods...which is better?

A+ for using the rod bolts, the $50(+/-) investment that can make the difference sometimes. He didn't use them and was always watching his rpm's and wishing he had. Even Honda Tuning found out the importance of arp rod bolts when a bearing spun in the 13 sec project integra.

His estimated horsepower was near 200 at the wheels. Very happy with the setup. He was using OEM internals.

Get ready for some torque. There are a few tricks when building it to make it a long lasting relable daily driver. He tuned the hell out of it and got 34 mpg.

good luck and enjoy!

I see people out there spending money on the car to improve it … If you spend half that effort just working on your driving skills, making you and the car work together as a team, then you’ll go faster – period. To make the car go a second faster on the track takes a lot more energy and money than making yourself drive it one second faster.

with your bore and head setup:

jdm itr pistons(p73-00) would yeild ~11.3:1 comp
USDM itr pistons(p73-A0) would yeild ~10.8:1 comp
jdm b16a pistons(p30) would yeild ~11.5 comp
USDM b16a pistons(pr3) would yeild ~11.3:1 comp

for N/A I would use p30's with a .010" milled b16a head for ~11.8:1 comp. you could mill the head a little more(-.0050" for a total of .015") to make 12:1 comp. I hope this helps...
