OK this it what happens... while sitting at a light with my foot on the brake pedal it slowley gose to the floor not fast but if I were to sit there for a min. or 2 it would go to the floor but all i have to do is let up and push it again and it's ok. Now is this my brake booster or master cyl.?

sounds like your master cylinder is not getting a good seal.

 

Like the man above said, your MC has taken a shit. Time to replace.
