not to step on your thread but I wanted to know the same infoand don't want to repost the same shit, since I am getting ready to install the turbo on my crx. I have an a1 tranny on a b16 (xsi) are those long or short gears. thanks

i am by no means a turbo guru but here's how i see it...
shorter gears = go faster
longer gears = go slower
all this "stay in boost longer" and "traction issues" is irrelavent
boost or no boost...go with the shorter geared tranny
