Default So I dyno'd the beater tonight....

Made about 5 runs on the dyno at Coastal tonight (thanks Sam ) and showed peak power of about 276 (17-18psi) and the torque numbers were all funkdified and actually made the lowest torque numbers on the last run that had the highest horsepower....

Ill try to get the chart posted soon, and Ill post changes after some tuning....

I agree with 99B16Si on this one. You should of made more than that @ 17lbs with a PT67. Is there any way you could look at the scribing on the compressor outlet?

At about 18psi of boost it only leaned out to 12.28:1

Yes, I have a very untuned Uberdata for right now... But me and the mad scientist are workin on that And its a 98 LS motor, JE 9.0:1s, shotpeened OEM rods, stock sleeves, bottom end all balanced and blueprinted, custom regrind cams (shitty) in a completely stock head, drag manifold, custom PT67 (made by Jim at PTE), Deltagate, Home Depot MBC, custom fmic and piping, type s bov, and DSM 450cc injectors....

Im going to go over everything, but I believe it was simply that this turbo is not the right match for this car, and thats why Im pulling it off... The new one should be alot better....

Keep in mind this PT67 has a downgraded exhaust side, to a .63 AR stage V.... I imagine the balance and everything is way out of whack....

Ill check the scribing, but as of yet I dont know... Ill let you know what I do...
Although, I can tell you my new PTE snail says 6152S... Whats that mean???

By the way, thanks for all the compliments everyone... And I just want to add, my car had an extremely linear powerband, started at about 4200 rpm and just kept climbing straight up, and when he let out at 7k each time, the numbers were still climbing.. I think after some head work (valves, springs, and retainers) we will be making power to 8500rpm, if not more...

thats a pretty big turbo to only make 276whp at 17psi... a super 60 t3(small) should put up those #'s at 17psi. a pt67 is pretty damn BIG!
